Alright its 9am here in Chicago and I am clear head, well rested and a bit sore but very happy :) Yesterday was a world wind of planes, lines and madness. I will start at you beginning .... we woke around 6am to catch our 9:15 flight out of New York.

We touched down a 30 minutes early, which is completely amazing for American Airlines, and soon grabbed our rental car and headed to drive past the venue. I had convinced myself that no one would be there and I was just being paranoid, this is America after all right? WRONG... there were about 6 people on line by then, around 12pm, so we finally found a parking spot (mine you there was Chicago Cubs game going on around the corner and parking was rough) and got on line (or queued up) at roughly 12pm. Behind us the line started to form.
To my happy suprise this people were UP FOR IT! Real fans... coming from all corners of America, out to cheer on 3/4s of the band they loved. The on the line was four guys from Indianapolis, who had left there home for as one put it "Life changing concert" and arrived on the line at 9am.

Brian and I chatted with all the great people around is FOR HOURS. Until a wonderful little thing happen.... BEADY EYE arrived!! They had to walk in the front doors and were super nice to all the fans waiting outside...

that's my husband Brian :) He was the only to get a sig from Liam going into the venue...luckily for the fans waiting Beady Eye had to come back out!

It was all very thrilling to say the least!! Beady Eye again was very nice, though they look at bit tired...I guess jet will do that too you. Anyways I am running out of time and I have 10 hour drive to Toronto ahead of me....more photos from the gig later
