OFG Tour Journal: The Whole Chicago Tale Part 2

 Hey I am  back ten hours later I am here in Toronto.  Awesome drive but I will get to the good stuff! First off  I got a question from a reader about the setlist... I think this will answer your question...

Gem setlist!

 Second off can I  just tell you how great this crowd was???  Singing, chanting, just plain ole fantastic fans, they were hardcore and ready to rock n roll.   Brian and I will right there on the bar between Liam and Gem, and got to see everything close up and it was awesome. From start to finish Beady Eye was on it, a few of my favorites were Millionaire, Two of a Kind, Man of Misery, WigWam and Sons of the Stage. Liam voice was on, at the beginning  his mic seemed a bit loud and he actually made the motion to turn it DOWN, you really could not hear Gem or Andy. 

 Liam told the crowd  it was good to be back, as well as telling the mostly  American crowd  in reference to baseball that the ball was supposed to be on the ground (the was a Chicago Cubs game going on right across the street, during sound check!). Before the encore Liam told the crowd that "You've been the bollocks" and honestly from where I was standing he meant it. 

 It was a hot, sweaty, down in the dirt rock n roll show and as I hear a fan say after the show "I was weary of the fact they don't move, but man they don't have too, their fuckin loud!" All and all an amazing way to start  this mini North American tour.
